  1. signed out from my files in windows

I use i5 windows laptop. I am logged out of my account in the files. when I open the file manager , in the top right corner it shows please sign in, and no matter how many times I type in the username and password it would not budge. it keeps loading and says error ,and it needs to be an organizational account. and when i try to sign in with my university acc it still would just keep loading saying just a moment

    :)
