Windows 10: Significant delays in Family Safety access approval process

The access approval process in Family Safety is unreliable and sometimes appears to be broken. With enabled Only use allowed websites, my son needs to request for access to any website that is not in the list of Allowed sites. I immediately get a notification, promptly approve, and the website shows up in Allowed sites. My son can navigate to the settings https://account.microsoft.com/family/settings/content-filters/<...>/web and the website is there, indeed. Nevertheless he cannot actually access it sometimes for 10-20 minutes. Same intermittent issue with access to apps. I grant acce

Unable to block youtube using family safety

Remove and try to re-add the site in the block list and check.

support for chrome in family safety? windows 10

until now, my child has been able to access only websites on the approved list.

I migrated the child account to windows 10, following the instructions on the family safety webpage.

now the child can access websites that are not on the list.

is there no more support at all for chrome??

correction: the child can access websites even on IE.

she should only be able to access websites on the approved list.

please help.
