Windows 10: Signing certificate on new Notepad files

I've noticed that "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.WindowsNotepad_11.2402.22.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\Notepad\riched20.dll" appears to be signed with a certificate "Microsoft Testing Root Certificate Authority 2010" which doesn't appear to be the traditional public prod signing certificate Microsoft normally use? I haven't checked the rest of the files in this package.

N95 developer Certificate signing

Hi there. I previously signed my N95 with a developer certificate in order to install flipsilent. I created an account at symbiansigned.com and followed the necessary steps to sign the phone and it worked perfectly.....that is until the new N95 firmware
update was installed on my phone. Now I need to create a new developer certificate but symbiansigned.com will not let me create a new certificate but i can still download my previous certificate generated by symbiansigned but i don't have the original .key
file which was used to generate the certificate. Is there a way I can sign the phone with the previous developer certificate while not having the original files i used to create my initial certificate? or is there a way i can create a new developer certificate
on symbiansigned.com?

  file with ASCII characters inside it? or is file with ASCII characters named on it?
• What is the file extension of this file? Is this a .txt file or not?
• Where is this file came from?

• Can you create a new user profile and test if the issue will still happen in the new user profile?
• What were the recent changes made on your part before you experienced this issue?
