Windows 10: Signing in to Microsoft Family Feature doesn't work

Dear support,I'm having an issue to sign my son computer to Microsoft Family Feature.After filling his email address and password, he gets error "The password is incorrect. Please try again." and it's also possible to send the code to listed email address, but this email address we have never seen before. I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
