Windows 10: signing work account in sticky notes

anyone has the same issue signing in work account in sticky notes app? it says "We couldn't verify your sign-in info. Your org has disabled sign-in and sync with a work or school account. sign in with your microsoft account.

i have no problem sign in work account from other app such as microsoft whiteboard and accessing my work account sticky notes via https://www.onenote.com/stickynotes

Sticky Note Missing

I'm Charles, an Independent advisor trying to help.

Let's see if with the following steps we can solve the problem:

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.

2.- Follow the steps suggested by the Windows MVP in your article

Sticky notes may have encountered a system file corruption that caused this. We suggest that you run the

Windows app troubleshooter for this issue. Meanwhile, we also recommend that you reset your Sticky Notes app by following the steps below:

• Click the Windows icon and click Settings.
• Click System, and then click Apps & features on the left menu.
• Click on Sticky Notes on the list found on your right menu, click
  Advanced options link, and click the Reset button.
• Click the Reset button again when you see the confirmation dialog to reset Sticky Notes app.
• Close the Settings window and check your Sticky Notes app.

Sticky Notes doesn't working after update both KB4462930 and KB4457146

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

In this case we would suggest you to reset the Sticky notes app, follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.

Disclaimer: Resetting sticky notes will permanently delete the app data and sign in info.

1. Go to Settings > Apps & features.
   
2. Look for Sticky Notes and click on
   Advanced options.
   
3. Then click on Reset.
   

If the issue persists, kindly follow steps mentioned below to remove and re-install Sticky notes.

1. Search for Windows PowerShell in the search bar.
   
2. Right click on Windows PowerShell in the list and select
   Run as administrator.
   
3. Type the command: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes | Remove-Appxpackage.
   
4. Press Enter and restart the computer.
   
5. Then you may refer to
   Microsoft Sticky Notes to re-install.
