    Boa noite, se alguém puder me ajudar, eu tenho o seguinte problema: No dia 14 de abril de 2021, meu Windows atualizou e eu tive uma tela azul da morte. Tentei reinstalar o Windows a partir de um pendrive bootável, sem sucesso, o pendrive é reconhecido pela BIOs, mas não dá boot e congela em uma tela preta com um traço piscando. Descobri 2 arquivos estranhos srttrail.txt e tentei reparar com o comando CHKDSK /R /F, mas, no estágio 5 apresenta "falha ao transferir mensagens registradas para o log de eventos com status 6". Já fazem 30 dias e nada parece funcionar. Pensei qu

    Thank you for posting your reply.

    I suggest you to reset Windows Store by following the steps provided below:

    • Right click on Start button and select “Command Prompt (Admin)”.
    • Type “wsreset.exe” and press enter.
    After the Windows Store is reset, uninstall and reinstall Twitter App from Windows Store and check if the issue persists.

    New Apps not showing anywhere

    Hi Simon,

    I would suggest you add create a shortcut to these programs in the Desktop till we fix this issue. You can right click on the frequently used programs and select 'Send to Desktop' to create a shortcut for that program in Desktop. To troubleshoot this issue,
    I would suggest you to try the following steps and check:

    • Open an Administrator CMD window. If you can’t find a way, use these steps:
    • Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager.
    • Click File > Run New Task
    • Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
    • Type CMD
    • Type the following commands at the CMD prompt:

      dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

      sfc /scannnow
    Try these steps and let us know the results.
