Windows 10: Simple and straight forward question

How can I get rid of the copilot altogether? No deactivation, deinstallation! I didn't ask for it. I don't want this feature - so pretty please, how do I say good-bye?And please spare me any selling talk about its advantages. Just accept the following I-do-not-want-it as you accept my money readily.Thanks.

Forwarding Emails. in Windows 10

I sorry to ask such a stupid question, but here goes. I'm coming straight off win 7 where everything was so simple and straight forward at least for me, one of the 'dummies' the books are written for.

All I want to do is, when forwarding an email to a number of contacts, something I do on a regular basis is 'to access my contacts list and select the people I want to forward the message to, presto job done.

My contact list resides under the "people" tile so I know it exists in my PC.

For now; I select "forward" then hit "To" and... zilch no contacts to select from. I know there must be a simple answer, but for the life of me I can't find it. As always the help available only give info on what you know already.

Be most grateful for assistance.

Simple question but no-one can answer me straight

Is there a way to save my entire laptop including DATA, FILES, FOLDERS, & APPS to the cloud and then download them all to a new laptop in case of a crash?

Now to me that's a simple question.. But, I always seem to get the geeks who want to baffle me with pc language to which I'm not accustomed to.

Just a STRAIGHT answer.. Yes there is.. Or no there isn't

(yes there us? Then please explain in normal understandable English

Sorry if I appear rude but over the last 3 weeks no-one has given me a "simple" snswer

 

Looking For A Very Simple Program To Create A Straight Line

So check this out. I want a very small and simple program that will create an on-screen (on this desktop monitor) a straight line with very simple steps.

1) I hold down a certain combo of keys (to not interfere with Microsoft Windows' intended single action keys, such as Ctrl by itself, or Alt by itself). So something like "Ctrl+Alt" then left click on a specific part on the screen to set the start location of the line.
2) I can keep holding down Ctrl & Alt, then click somewhere else on the screen, then a straight line would be made.
3) This line would stay on the screen until, let's say, I click on it to delete it.
4) Let's say that there's more advanced options to set the line's color, thickness, etc.

Example:
I want to draw temporary straight lines on a Google Chrome window.

Is there any program as such? *Smile
