Windows 10: simple network management protocol install failed error code 0x80244018

Hello, I have been having issues installing any optional app features on Windows, I have freshly installed windows and still having the issue on 22H2 version of Windows 10 Pro. I have tried to install via power shell Tried to repair windows system filesDISM codes The installer gets stuck halfway and hangs does anyone have an idea how to fix this? Thanks in advance

0x80244018 keep getting error

Updates are not installing in this PC. I managed to use the update catalog last month to update this device but today for the update I even try to manually installing it but not installing at all. I have error code 0x80244018 that interrupts my update. I turned off the anti virus that I have as the suggestion of my friend but still getting error.
