Windows 10: Simple pdf form usage

Please excuse me if I am somewhat vague on this but I’m sure will grasp my need. I am unfamiliar with the whole PDF file arrangement. I have been sent a file, which presume is flat, that has check and text boxes indicated on it. I wish to use this form obviously many times so need to fill in the boxes and every instant. I am unable to do that when I open it in Firefox or other apps. Could somebody point out what I am doing wrong, do I need to convert this PDF to a fillable form and if so how can I do that, and what should I use to then fill in the items. I understand that you can't open a PDF form on your Windows Phone. What I suggest:

• Download PDF Reader app: when you open a newly transferred PDF file on Windows Phone, you'll look for the file in the Office Hub and open it from there. Opening the file from the Office Hub makes the PDF Reader app aware that the file exists and from then
  on it will show up in both the Office Hub and the PDF Reader picklist.
• Download Adobe PDF app: it works in exactly the same way as PDF Reader.

PDF Filler, how to fill in PDF forms

I have read and followed the suggestions on how to fill in PDF forms and am still not able to do so. Adobe flash is on etc.

Problem commenced when I converted to Windows 10 - one of many problems! I am really not enjoying Windows 10.

I am not overly computer savvy so please please please provide a simple (dumbed down) fix for this issue.

pdf forms and EDGE

Microsoft failed to answer the question. Edge successfully opens pdf files. We need to type in the pdf form which Edge opened. We cannot. Please suggest a resolution to that problem.
