Windows 10: Simple question but no-one can answer me straight

Is there a way to save my entire laptop including DATA, FILES, FOLDERS, & APPS to the cloud and then download them all to a new laptop in case of a crash? Now to me that's a simple question.. But, I always seem to get the geeks who want to baffle me with pc language to which I'm not accustomed to. Just a STRAIGHT answer.. Yes there is.. Or no there isn't yes there us? Then please explain in normal understandable English Sorry if I appear rude but over the last 3 weeks no-one has given me a "simple" snswer

Why can't I get a simple/straight answer as to what files I would find on a windows 10 recovery disk?? All I am trying to confirm is that they are all there after creation. Just a simple list of what should appear would do the job. You ought to include
that with the setup app for confirmation.

 

Looking For A Very Simple Program To Create A Straight Line

So check this out. I want a very small and simple program that will create an on-screen (on this desktop monitor) a straight line with very simple steps.

1) I hold down a certain combo of keys (to not interfere with Microsoft Windows' intended single action keys, such as Ctrl by itself, or Alt by itself). So something like "Ctrl+Alt" then left click on a specific part on the screen to set the start location of the line.
2) I can keep holding down Ctrl & Alt, then click somewhere else on the screen, then a straight line would be made.
3) This line would stay on the screen until, let's say, I click on it to delete it.
4) Let's say that there's more advanced options to set the line's color, thickness, etc.

Example:
I want to draw temporary straight lines on a Google Chrome window.

Is there any program as such? *Smile

 

Unable to access HP Simple Pass to Sign-in to the computer on Windows 10

Try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to download the latest HP Simple Pass software from the manufacturer's website install it and check if it helps.

Step 2: If you have already installed the software, I suggest you to re-install it and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to Access Recovery Manager:

• Press Start button from the keyboard, type Recover Manager.
• Select Recovery Manager from the list when it becomes available. Allow the action to continue, if prompted. The
  HP Recovery Manager opens.
• Click Software program re-installation, Next , select
  HP SimplePass for the listing and then follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall application
