Windows 10: simpletech external hard drive

Discus and support simpletech external hard drive in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; when I connect the simpletech external hard drive to my laptop, it states there is a problem wit the drive and to scan it.     when I connect the simpletech external hard drive to my laptop, it states there is a problem wit the drive and to scan it. How do I do that?
