Windows 10: Simplified Arabic font ownership

Hi allI am trying to ascertain who the copyright owner is of the font Simplified Arabic.Simplified Arabic font is available on cloud fonts, and also as part of a language FED's.The Microsoft font page for this font lists: CopyrightPortions C 1990 Compugraphic Corporation. Typeface Portions C The Monotype Corporation plc. All Rights Reserved.I contacted Monotype to check as myfonts.com lists the font as 'Simplified Arabic Font Family was designed by Microsoft and published by Microsoft Corporation.', and they have responded via email confirming that the font is owned by
