Windows 10: Simply trying to unlock my email, so I may login, but the recovery number no longer exists...

I would literally pay money just to get some help with this that is actually fruitful. I've been trying to gain access to my email for months with no avail. I haven't received any help from anyone at Microsoft. I've put in hours upon hours to try all of the troubleshooting suggestions that send you in circles to the point of tears. This email I've had since I was a child and to think I'll loose old email exchanges from deceased family members because Microsoft doesn't create real working solutions for their customers is so sad. I'm fearful without use, that it will be auto deleted and then I'

• Windows Crash, Reinstalled it using USB. Store passwords are lost and don't remember them.
  
• MS-Account: Recovery email is deleted because google warning of suspicious activities, so I thought its hacked or something. Didn't add a phone number so can't reacover it by that.

Can't delete "emails and apps" account that no longer exists

I have an email account through a university I no longer attend that is included in my list of accounts. I receive constant notifications saying that I need to "update the password" for this account, but I can't because the account no longer exists. I also
can't delete the account from Windows because when I click "Manage" it sends me to a login page for the nonexistent email. Is there a way to get around this and remove the account from my computer?
