    Since 24H2, cannot print color from any application as it always comes out grayscale.


    Since 24H2, I cannot print color from any application from my desktop as it always comes out grayscale. I am able to print color on the same printer from laptop running 23H2 jus fine. When I attempt to get "Page Setup" or "Preferences", I receive the otherwise nebulous 0xe06d7363 error. I have followed numerous Support Community suggestion re: error message, nothing helps.

    printing documents in grayscale instead of color

    I have went to my control panel and right clicked on my printer and went to printer preferences and then to advanced and there is no option to change to grayscale from color. I also went to printer properties and went through every tab and advanced button
    and still no options to change to grayscale. I also downloaded the Epson print application and it will not let me print what I need to and I do not see an option to use the app to print certain items for work from web or if I save what I need printed I can
    not find it when I search for the saved document in my files to print.



    I know that changing to grayscale it still uses color ink but I want to minimize the use of the colored ink. how else can I get my computer (Lenovo ideapad 100s) to print in grayscale to my printer (Epson wf-3620)?

    IF this is your printer ( I do not have your make/model of printer ), its on-line user manual says:

    10 Select a Color option:

    • To print a color document or photo, select the Color setting.
    • To print text and graphics in black or shades of gray, select the Black/Grayscale setting.
