    every time i start an update, it downloads, while installing it gets stuck 20%and then jumps to 100% saying that it failed with the following error message:

    2020-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4549951) - Error 0x800f0831

    OR

    Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 - Error 0x800f0831



    I have tried a bunch of solutions from the Microsoft forums but none of them helped, i really need help

    Notifocation of W-10 update genuine? Freezes computer, can"t verify.

    Can you or anyone suggest a way to remove the virus? Haven;t been able to enter safe mode. I did trya windows repair program called system restore, which failed at two restore points.

    I tried to download and install the December Cumulative Update from the website you had listed and did not have any luck. I received error messages stating that it would not install and it still has not come through windows update. Do you have any other

    Download MalwareBytes and run a Full scan then run a full scan with Defender
