Windows 10: since FF85, unable to view IP camera DIV/Iframe streams in browser

i have 4 security cams i stream (192.xxx.xxx.xx/steam.jpg).. live jpgs.. up until ff 85 i used a speed dial, and had each cameras stream as the thumbnail... after undated to firefox 85.. that broke.. (used inspection tool, said 401 error (unauthorized).. i would log into each ip camera once per session, authenticate, and then go back to the speed dial, and you could see all cams that you had authenticated.. (i would go to all 4, and leave FF open for weeks at a time).. this all ended after ff85. speed dials failed on all 7 of my PCs... windows 7, to win 10.. didn't matter..
i thought screw it, i will make an iframes, or div page and make one page that views all 4 ip cams...
strange thing is, same thing is happening on HALF of my pcs...
i have a simple page call all 4 cams.. out of my 4 main personal pcs.. it works on 2, fails on 2.. no rhyme or reason, same network, different network, vpn, win7 or 10... i cannot figure out what is causing this hiccup.. all ff are 64 bit, latest version (86)....
i can stream all 4 easily on chrome, or IE..
i have tried streaming ON FF with all extensions disabled, no go, firewall off, no go..
what is different?
and also, what happened in FF85 update? something with streaming local http to iframes or divs

Viewing IP Cameras

Hi Chris,

try

Tools>Internet Options>Security tab, click the Trusted Sites icon, then the Advanced button, manually add the IP address of the hub to your cameras to the list. Save your changes and type the IP address in the browser address bar.

!important If the above suggestion does not work, (you get a blank page or a "This page cannot be displayed " message.) then remove your hubs IP address from the Intranet zone.

Nobody uses quicktime any more, you should uninstall it from your windows computer. Recent updates to Windows 10 block out of date activeX controls like quicktime because of security risks.

If you know the website of the company makes the hub or dongle, visit them to see if they have any driver or firmware updates for their hardware/software. Their support forums should be aware of any incompatibilities between their software (firmware) and
Microsofts.

IP camera issue with wireless Access Point

well I connected the second router as you said, indeed it stayed on the same subnet, but wouldn't give ip address to the camera, not in router or in AP mode.
However, I managed to solve the problem even with 2 subnets.
On the primary router, I port forwaded port 80 to the ip address of the secondary router.
On the secondary router, I port forwaded port 80 to the ip address of the ip camera.

Now I can access the ip camera from the mobile app AND from any pc/browser externally.

Help: Port Forwarding to view IP Camera (before I go insane!)

For cloud you should not need any port forwarding.
I tried this from different manufacturer and it worked but not great.
If you have static public IP adress, i would suggest using it instead of the cloud
Can you ping the camera when on wifi?
If not use advanced IP scanner to find camera IP when on wifi.
