Windows 10: Since i connected my windows with Microsoft account, i am no longer able to login to my device

Please suggest me what to do with this login problem?

Not Able to login

Please confirm the following things for me.

1. Is your system connected to the internet? You can check this through the network icon at the bottom left corner of your login screen.
   
2. What error message are you receiving when you login with your Microsoft account?
   

I would suggest you to login to
http://login.live.com/ with your Microsoft account and check if you are able to sign-in with your credentials.

If you are able to sign-in with your Microsoft account on the live website, you can follow the steps in this article to ‘Start
your PC in safe mode in Windows 10’, kindly follow the steps in the section ‘From the sign-in screen’ and check if you are able to login to your system.

No longer able to login with Child Account on Windows 10

The issue could occur if the device is not in trusted list.



To assist you better, please provide us the below information:

• When you say that "won't login to the child account", are you getting any error message?

Refer to the below methods and check if it helps.



Method 1: I suggest you to make the device as the trusted device and check if it helps.

Add a trusted device to your Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

If the issues still persist, refer to the below method.

Method 2: I recommend you to add a new child account in family safety and check if you are able to login to the device or not.

Microsoft Account devices list.

Thank you again but thats not the problem either.

I should be able to login to my Microsoft online account from any of my 4 PC's and see the exact same devices listed i.e. all 4 PC's should show up within the account devices list but they dont. Each PC displays a different device list.
