Windows 10: Since I have upgraded my pc to windows 11 I am unable to sign into any microsoft account.

Since I have upgraded my pc to windows 11 I am unable to sign into any microsoft account in any windows thing including windows 11, edge, microsoft 365, etc. I have tried reseting settings, creating new user and all things which are available online can someone please help me. My error code :-- 0x800706f7

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.

If you are referring to the Microsoft account and if your Microsoft account has been compromised, it means that someone might be using your account to access your personal info or send spam. I suggest use the following guide to
get back into your account, review your personal info and settings, and help prevent this from happening again. Refer the article on

How to access a compromised Microsoft account and try to reset your password. If the issue still persists you can follow the remaining steps mentioned in the article and check if that helps.

• Is this the first time you are trying to log-in to the device after upgrading?
• What is the complete error message/ error code of this issue?

If this issue is the first time you are trying to log-in to the computer,
I suggest you to check if your issue matches with the below thread.

If so, try the troubleshooting steps suggested by Wasim Asad on August 18, 2015 and check if it resolves your issue.

When trying to sign into Windows 10 for the first time, I
get the error “That password is incorrect.”

Also, if you are referring to Microsoft account, I suggest you to refer to the below link about: Why can't you sign in?
and try to reset the password.

Try to reset your account password from the website, enter the same on your computer and check if it helps.
