Windows 10: Since installing windows update a few days ago , brightness setting disappeared, audio...

I am using a Lenovo laptop. After installing an update a few days ago several things have gone haywire.Brightness is high but can't be changed. The slider from taskbar has disappeared, searching for brightness in settings doesn't yield any results and using the keyboard buttons doesnt work eitherAudio and video are out of sync and video seems choppy online, offline, any browserI have tried to roll back updates but it just keeps crashing. Updated all drivers.Any advice on how to fix thisWindows 11 Home, version 21H2, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.1761.0

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

I originally followed the step on page 37. I used modified 2.75 dll and DTS/dolby shown in audio properties and working fine. After update to windows 10 build 15063. Realtek manager disappeared from system tray and DTS disappeared from audio properties, so I repeat the steps on pages 37.

DTS is back in the audio properties, but when try to enable it, it says 'format not supported by this device.

how to fix this?

This issue might arise due to incompatibility of audio drivers with Windows 10. I suggest you to follow the below given methods and check if it helps:



Method 1:

I suggest you to run the Recording Audio
troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Recording Audio.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Method 2:

If there no updated drivers available on the computer manufacturer’s website, then try installing it in compatibility mode. Compatibility mode runs the program using settings from a previous version of Windows. Follow these steps
to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

• Download the audio driver from the manufacturer’s website.

• Right-click on the driver setup file and click on
  ‘Properties’.
• Click on the ‘Compatibility’ tab and check the box
  ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
