Since KB4579311 ShrewSoft VPN would not work correctly until manually uninstalling and reinstalling of software

It gives an unable to resolve 'hostname' error when launching VPN session, even though hosts names resolve fine in all other aspects of computer, like ping, nslookup, web browsing, etc.

This causes a major issues when the software is installed on 300+ remote non-domain computers.

Shrewsoft VPN connectivity issue

Hi All,

I had configured and working fine with my Shrewsoft VPN in Windows 7 Professional Edition. But when I have upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, I can able to connect to Shrewsoft VPN but I cant able to login my official network.

Please help/guide me in this regard and do the needful.

I have Windows 10 pro, 64 bit and Shrewsoft VPN 2.2.2

My VPN client worked fine right after upgrade to Windows 10, but from Tuesday 15th of september it has not been working
