Windows 10: since last Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 no 3D usage on any app

I give up since 1901 update there has been some sort of problem ut able to find a fix. But now with April 14th KB459951 OS Builds 18362.778 and 18363.778 none of my 3d apps or programs work. They open and just close. Including Google maps when I go to street view 3d, and earth, Paint 3d, 3d viewer. Also MS maps is all messed up. My CAD program for my milling machine and printer do not work. I have looked at every possible fix that people have been talking about. For the Paint 3d and viewer, scan and builder. Nothing fixes it and I am disgusted again with MS for allowing, and knowing these problems are happening without a fix for them. I have a Lenovo B40 windows 10 home edition, and now I just realized the Lenovo weather app shuts down when I go to run the map showing weather part of the program.


I gave up and use a Mac and gave this computer to my daughter, but there are programs that only run on Windows that I paid money for from different companies. I do not intend to spend it on a Mac Program. Instead of getting help for MS on this. But they are sure willing to take my money for what is now MS 365 without a problem every year. I spoke to the vendors of my programs, and they are telling me I am not the only one having problems, and it is not on their end. You can also keep your new edge browser. By the way I rolled back and it still doesn't solve the problems.

Windows Update History shows both Feature Updates 1903 and 1909 installed

After I installed the Windows 10 Feature Update from 1903 to 1909 my Windows Update History shows

Feature Update to Windows 10, version 1909 (2)

Feature Update to Windows 10, version 1903

Looking in the About page it lists Version 1909 OS Build 18363.720

In the past when I've installed a Feature Update it only shows the new update. In other words in this case it would only show 1909. Since it shows 1903 also is my computer really upgraded to 1909? Also the (2) after the 1909 is something I don't understand.

I would appreciate any help on this.

Recent app "Paint 3D" - how to get the job done?

If the troubleshooting steps provided above didn't work to your Windows 10, we suggest that you uninstall and reinstall Paint 3D. You can follow the steps below:

• Open the Settings app.

• Look for the entry named Paint 3D and then click it to see the Uninstall button.

BUG in feature update to windows 10 version 1909 via enablement package (KB4517245)

This is the first time I've seen this 'fix'...didn't work here as the instructions could not be followed. Step 1: done., Step 2: done., Step3 no clue as I hit every item listed and nothing
show your 'view installed updates'. Choose on the left or right-hand side....nothing updates I could find..
