Windows 10: Since lastest MS update my Dell pc will not recognize and/or more photos from Samsung GS5...

All pictures pix on my Galaxy S5 Android are stored in both Gallery and Photo apps on that phone. All pix on my Dell laptop pc are stored under the "Photos" icon. Though recent pix appear on both apps on my phone, since the most recent MS "update" my pc no longer recognizes any photos taken since the update so I cannot transfer them to my pc. I am able to open the Photos icon on my pc as always, but the pc will not recognize that there are new photos in both the Gallery and Photo apps on my Samsung. I'm using the

You may have a driver issue .

Have you tried using a different USB port and another USB cable?

I would suggest that you to try out the solutions found here if you are getting a connection error:

Did you look in device manager and is your phone recognized?

You can check to see if the device has a driver issue by going to Device Manager and looking under

Portable devices - your Windows Phone device should be listed if it is listed as unidentified device, remove it and search for new hardware. It should find the device and if the drivers don't install try running the Zune desktop client which may
help install the drivers.

Have you tried installing the driver manually?

There is a KB here: Xbox Support ,here are step by steps to manually install the driver:

• Open the Zune software
• Go into to Device Manager.
• Right click the Unknown Device - your Samsung Focus.
• Click Update Driver
• Click Browse my computer for driver software
• Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
• Click Next
• Click Microsoft in the left column list
• Click Windows Phone 7 in the right column list
• Finish the wizard. The Zune software should now recognize your device

Unable to get Win10 to recognize EPSON 4870 Photo Scanner

I'll walk you though the steps I do to install my Perfection 1200. I have to do this periodically for some reason to reestablish the 'non-standard' Perfection 2400 driver.

1. Right click on the scanner in Device Manager (as Admin) and select Update Driver. Then select the option to browse my computer for driver software.



2. Then select Let me pick from a list of device drivers....



3. Select Imaging Devices from the next list.



4. Finally, select the correct Epson driver you have installed then click Next. If it isn't listed then something has gone wrong with the driver installation.



5. Hopefully, the scanner should now work?
