    Since my subscription was renewed, I have been unable to download powerpoints from one drive. I have all my masters saved there. I can save them locally but that is taking up a ton of space, but when I got to download resources from one drive I get a message saying that I am unable to download the files. Please help as my business depends on it and I have never had this issue before
