Since the last Microsoft update on January 31, 2025 I can not get past my login screen. My PIN does not work and I get the 0xd0000225 code. I've done the recovery mode and I can't get my Recovery Key. For some reason my Microsoft drive account does not have my new computer registered which is strange to me since it has a drive name on the recovery screen. The PIN email it is trying to use is a dead and very old email account. I can't even restore back to original settings. This is VERY disappointing. I'm not sure why the recovery key is not getting to my microsoft account which I can log into.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
