Windows 10: Since the Windows 10 May update can no longer uninstall programs, just stuck in a loop

So this all started with trying to uninstall Gigabytes useless App Center software and now it seems everything i've tried to uninstall since.

Getting errors on almost every single attempt to uninstall a program
" An Error occured trying to uninstall <insert prgram name> it may have already been uninstalled, would you like to remove the program from the list"


If click no it just closes obviously, if click yes it opens the usual uninstaller/installer thing then just closes and nothing changes.

Tried manually removing the programs via registry fixes but they are still there and still error. Reinstalling just adds an aditional instance of the program

Rolling back is not an option as have since removed that backup, leaving only a complete refresh and that;s a pain with all the things i have installed (mainly Plex media meta database)

The MS Uninstall/Installer debugger program trued and said it fixed the issues but nothing changed

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

 

BIOS stuck in a loop.

These are the only three devices with warning triangles. The PS/2 keyboard and mouse were listed before. The JMB 36X is new.
