I have Windows 11 installed recently and the web cam stop working all of a sudden. I have tried. I had a hardware latest installation and the camera work for about an hour than stopped. I did uninstalled and ran a diagnostic check. still not working since latest Windows 11 update.

web cam not working

My Logitech web cam C310 is not working since the 1607 update. it was fine before that update. I have tried running device manager and it says it is working fine and the diver is up to date. When will there be a fix for this problem. Thanks

 

Web Cam not Working

I have now had a chance to look again at Device Manager and Hidden Devices. The only thing I found was a reference to Intel Imaging Device. Thinking that maybe that was in some way related to the Web Cam I tried updating the driver. This was duly done but it has not resulted in the Web Cam working again. I have also checked out the Acer support site but not much joy there either.
