    I can't download photos from a memory card via USB drive onto my laptop - started suddenly on Tuesday Sept 5th, when it also became impossible to search for specific files or emails. Any help gratefully accepted.

It keeps telling me it does not recognize this feature or app. I have to pull out the SD card and then I have to go thru the file system to find pictures, but I can't get that to save.
