    Since Windows Update Jan 2025 it is impossible to update other Software


    since the Jan 2025 Windows 11 24H2 Update it is impossible to install updates like Plex, VSDC Video Editor or PDFGear. Updates stops with error i.e. 'ShellExecuteEx Code 1155'
