Windows 10: Since Windows update recently our clients printers are becoming unusable?

We have a few clients that have randomly started having printer issues on all brands. The common era is driver unavailable. We have tried every single step to fix these printers. It was saying printing then say printing error. The printers work on other machines. We are all out of ideas, and we can't roll back the updates on most of the PCs. I have noticed that in Device Manager the broken printers will not go under the "Printers" Category, only under "Print Queues", and on some occasion "Software Devices"

To be sure that you followed my suggestion correctly, I will specify some steps: CP>devices and printers>add a printer>the printer that I want isn't listed>add a local printer with manual settings>define port>Windows update and install

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps:

• Go to control panel and click on the Devices and printers.
• Right click on the printer and go to properties.
• Click on sharing tab and check the box for share this printer
  and Render print jobs on client computers.

This issue could be an incompatibility with the setting or some corruption within the device driver after the update. As initial troubleshooting, we suggest running the built-in printer troubleshooter on your Windows PC. To access and run the troubleshooter,
follow these steps:

• Click the Windows icon.
• Choose Settings.
• Under Settings, choose Update & Security.
• On the options on the left hand side of the window, click Troubleshoot.
• Under Get up and running, select Printer and click Run the troubleshooter.
