    Singer Futura Quartet Error message


    I have a Singer Futura Quartet. I'm getting an error message ' Connection error. Check that USB cable is connected in power switch is turned on". Everything is connected and on. I've switched cables and ports but I get the same message. I see that others have had this issue, but I don't see solutions.

    i have a singer Futura ce250

    it says it needs a windows program

    i have had troubles useing the windows as comp is to old can i get a program that will work on a chrome book ?

    Singer Futura CE 250 Installation

    Futura CE 250 is not installing in Windows7. From what I have read there is a patch for this but I cannot find that online. When I run the disc in the D drive, I get the message "Futura software is not installed in your computer. Install the application
    and repeat this setup, which I have done many times, always getting the same message
