Windows 10: single BSOD during daily work

Hello all again.

I have an employee that experienced a BSOD. I believe it was due to a RAM dump (since the computers aren't top of the line and they were running a lot)

programs used during the run were:
RDC (which was running a structural-wood program)
Revit 2017
Bluebeam PDF viewer.

attached are the files. i believe it was a simple overload of the PC, but want a better opinion.

Before I do any of that I want you to know I ran a memtest last night because I got an error that involved no execute memory. Which i thought was odd, because i than ran a windows memory scanner, which said I had a hardware problems.... So off to memtest
I went..... It came up with 98 errors after 7 hours and 45 minutes on the tester. I have new ram coming in tomorrow, I will update you on the status if the BSOD's continue. But I feel as though this may have been my problem just hiding in plain sight.

I have just installed malwarebytes last night I believe or this morning(I forget exactly when), the BSOD's have been occurring well before it was installed. I wanted to rule out any malware or viruses that could have made their way onto my system. I'll
be deleting it when I get home. Do you think there are any other drivers/programs that could be causing my problems?

The BSOD that occurred was a 0x124 which basically means that a fatal hardware error has occurred.

I would recommend that you update the BIOS of your employees PC, I hope that it will fix the issue he's facing:

XPS 8700

And while you are all at it, you could grab the Chipset Drivers as well!

We'll start with this, if the problem persists then we continue with the troubleshooting.

the BIOS and chipset updates seems to have resolved the problem, or at least no new crashes have shown themselves.
