Windows 10: Single click screen change to 100% and 175% needed.

I need an icon on the screen to click on to make the screen 100%. I need another icon to click on to make the screen 175%. This is for someone with AMD who can't see well. He is OK with 175% but for a couple of important sites, some buttons are inaccessible so he needs 100% just for those. I want to make life easier for him. Can you advise? Thanks.

File explorer crashing when scaling at 175%

BTW - my user had reduced the display scaling from 150% to 100% on the external monitor and left it at 150% on the laptop screen. Not sure therefore if all the talk of 175% still applies.
