Windows 10: Sistem error MSVCP140.dll was not found

Hi,I found few topics about my problem here.same for VCRUNTIME140.dllFrom those topics i followed all steps1 I reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables 2downloaded dlls and putting them in system323sfc /scannow4Redownload and install 100gb game5 try some random stuff from internet like some "reg32sys u i dll" in cmd, something clean boot, some codes in cmd that stops internet for certant apps etc.6Reinstal windowsAfter updating win, drivers, downloading game 3th timegta5 from epic store same error on launchnote: somewhere before reinstalling win, i pasted those dll files

I am getting error message after installing an update that msvcp140.dll is missing. How can i resolve this?
