    Site Design - My Content


    Someone has been fiddling with the web site design and "Subscribed Threads" is now one tier down under "My Content" which has just appeared.

    I use Subscribed Threads frequently and now need two mouse clicks to reach "Subscribed Threads" instead of one click.

    Please revert the former design which was better.

    RetailDemo Offline Content?


    Was cleaning up my 10162 install using cleanmgr. One option on the list was "RetailDemo Offline Content", it was 100MB. Not sure what this is, before I delete it. Suggestions?

    Designer Mouse Not Working

    We understand that your Microsoft designer mouse is working on other devices but not on your Windows 10 PC. This can be an issue with an outdated mouse driver. As an initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you update the device driver. Here's how:

    Site Design - My Content

    Unable to "get media content" from text messages.

    My Nokia 920 on ATT was showing this exact error "getting media content" for a long time... finally spent a chunk of time attempting all suggestions above...

    FIXED:

    Note: Didn't help

    - WiFi on/off

    - Back up text on/off

    - Group text on/off

    - Data on/off
