Windows 10: Skip Windows didn't load correctly

I have a Beelink mini PC similar to a NUC running Windows 11 Pro. It powers a portable project and we really need it to boot automatically when it’s plugged in. I made the change in the BIOS to make this happen. The problem is that it’s never powered down properly, it's simply unplugged. There is no mouse, keyboard or screen attached to it. When it powers on automatically, about half the time it’s fine and the other half I get this message “Recovery, It looks like Windows didn’t load correctly…” see the attached photos. At this point I can either tell it to “Restart my PC” which works, or I

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.
