Windows 10: Skipping music, problem related with USB microphone, media controller stuck in left upper...

I'm haveing a problem with music and media related programs. This problem is somehow related with my USB microphone, while plugged in, it automaticaly skipping songs on spotify and media controller is stuck in left corner. When i unplug the microphone, system acts normally. I've tested keyboard inputs with a software that displays pressed

Media control skip buttons not working

I use Youtube to listen to music in a playlist. I used a skip button on my keyboard to skip songs. However, it stopped working and the media control pop up had its skip buttons grayed out. Is this a problem with Youtube or is it a problem with something
in my computer? If its the latter, how can I fix this? What or where in Windows 10 controls the media control?

 

Media skip controls reversed ?

I have an interesting problem Ive already searched around and cant find a solution,
On my Zotac Z-Box Nano AD-10 running Win7 the media keys for skip forward and back are reversed on all remotes except the IR remote in all media players.
Meaning when I press skip forward it skips back and back button skips forward, other controls work fine.

This happens with my mini keyboards media keys, Unified Remote for Android and if I plug a full size keyboard in that has media keys.
This leads me to believe that for whatever reason the drivers for IR remote that i don't use
Changed the settings in Windows for keys on media remotes.

My question is where do i need to go to revert the changes registry, driver .inf ?

Here's the update.
I removed three media related programs...Roxio, Cineplayer, and Plextor(which relates to one of my disk drives).
I loaded the combined community codec pack. It seem to load without any problems.
I went to the web and surfed for a media clip that would pull open windows media as opposed to streaming a vidio. THE SAME PROBLEM IS OCCURRING! The video will play with sound but images are barely visible. You can see movement but what you see moving is not identifiable. It is a very dark but not quite solid black screen.

I decided to try a DVD music video in my disc drive and that is again a problem. A windows media alert window came up as follows..." Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with Digital Copy Protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card."
I can't remember if I have seen this suggeastion before and I can't remember if I have tried to update the drivers for my video card since this problem began. I will give that a shot. If you have any further suggestions please, send them my way.
