Windows 10: sky e-mail

please help I keep getting message that my account is out of date I have followed all instructions but cannot retrieve my e-mails which are very important to me as they concern all my utility bills thankyou

Loss of Sky e mail

Following an update 8th May 2018, the tile for my sky email has disappeared from my desktop. I have gone in through the Mail tile and only my outlook account is visible. I have tried to add my sky account but only get the error message 'cannot receive e
mail (written in red)'. This is really frustrating as accessing my sky e mails is now a long arduous task.

Windows Mail, not synchronizing my e-mails from Sky account

I use Windows Mail on my PC (Windows 8.1). However, it has stopped synchronising e-mails from my Sky e-mail account, for both myself and partner. I have spoken to Sky and all the Sky settings are OK, plus we can both access Sky Yahoo page. Sky think that
the problem is to do with Windows Mail settings. Would be grateful for any ideas on what to do. Many thanks.

Loss of Sky e mail

Hi Gerald

The mail tile is still there and I can access my outlook account from there with no problem.

I have followed your other instructions and when I go into the mail tile under accounts it is now showing my sky e mail address. The message 'can't receive email' has disappeared, but I am still not receiving anything.

I tried linking the two accounts but when I do this it is only showing the outlook account!!!
