    Hi, I have seen a few threads on this but they seem to be quite old so hopefully, it is okay to post a new one.

    The thing is, we ONLY watch SKY on our Windows 10 Desktop computer - and up until yesterday, I was watching SKY sports on IE 11 (with silverlight) no problem - but now that seems to have been discontinued and today I downloaded SKYGO Player but it just won't work - with error code 0000.

    Anyone know how to get the SKYGO Player working on a desktop Windows 10 pc?

    Can't use sky go, it keeps asking me to sign in but when I do it asks me to sign in again eventually just takes me back to sky news can't watch any other channels. Have tried sky but they couldn't fix it and said it was a problem with IE11 anyone any

    sky go will not work on windows 10

    Hi

    If you have Windows 10, you now have two web browsers built-in. One is new and called Edge and the other is IE11. Are you using Edge?

    If you having trouble with watching Sky Go, then it is probably because Sky Go uses the Silverlight add-on which Edge doesn't support. To get around this simply use IE11.

    IE11 can be found by searching for Internet Explorer from the Search
    box at the bottom of the screen. When Internet Explorer Desktop app
    appears in the list of search results either select it (or right click on it and
    Pin to Start or Pin to taskbar to make it easier to access later).

    If you haven't yet installed Silverlight add-on, it is a free download from Microsoft here:
