Windows 10: "Skype.exe - Bad Image and the error status code is 0xc0000020

I am having a problem with my windows 10. When i try to open my pc, the very first thing to show up without even opening apps is this "Skype.exe - Bad Image and the error status code is 0xc0000020. My computer is log, i cant open other apps because my mouse courser is kept on loading. Please help me fix this asap. I need to study..thank you

VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Error status 0xc0000020

Can help it? What's happening on windows?

I just recently updated and installed some new drivers off the dell website, and ever since doing so certain programs bring up an "Bad Image Error Status 0xc0000020". I've tried uninstalling the programs and re-downloading them but the error continues to
pop up. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks.

My system installed a new features earlier today and since then I have had a 'chat' icon on my task bar (a blue speech bubble with a camera icon interchangeable with three dots). Each time I click on the item an error text box appears with the following message: C:\programFiles (and a long folder destination)... is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator. Error status 0xc0000020

The error box takes 5 clicks of okay to disappear. I have uninstalled teams and restarted to no avail.

Any suggestions on what this may be and how to fix it.
