Windows 10: Skype stop responding after patch update

Skype has stopped responding after a latest Windows 10 patch update. KB5007189 OS Build 18362.1916, I have reinstalled Office 365 but the same error. Do you have a fix for this? Is Skype being extracted from Office now?

Are you saying you get a "Kernal" error like the original OP statement?

Looking at both your system specs and your overclocks, I believe that you both have memory issues with your overclocks.

I had issues with 3D package and Skype, so I run 285 driver (no 3D) and new HDMI, Pysx, and updater from 290 package on main rig (listed first).

I have since updated to Skype 5.7 beta and have not retried 3D update again.

My other rig, not listed, is running the 290.53 in full package form. Have not had any issues Folding, but also I am not running Skype on that system.

so..last night I updated windows 10 and today, every so often skype stops responding, usually when fetching a new add to assault my eyes with, and then starts working normally again after a moment or two. so who else has observed this behavior?

 

Firmware 3.90 with Skype Now Available on Network Update

Fanboy reports that the PSP 3.90 firmware update is now available. The new firmware available only through Network Update will bring Skype for all PSP-2000 models. Here are the official details:

• Support for PLAYSTATION Network titles has been expanded.
• Skype has been added as a feature under Network. (Only for PSP-2000 series)

Skype requires a PSP headset in order to work properly.
