Windows 10: Skyrim: Anniversary Edition for PC - Game-breaking CTD bug still present, since 2014...

I do not know where else to properly contact Microsoft & Bethesda about this, especially after the aquisition.I'll begin by detailing the fatal CTD bug in the Skyrim: Special Edition installment on the Microsoft Store for Windows 10; in essence, any time you are in melee combat with an enemy or an enemy with you... or an enemy with another enemy, an ally/summon with an enemy etc. there is a HUGE chance the game will immediately crash upon the strike landing to the Desktop, without so much as an error message or data dump to pull information from.This fatal crash and bug has been present

Skyrim C++ Bug

I've been playing Skyrim: Legendary Edition via Steam on my Laptop on Windows 10. The laptop is recently newish, only got it in March of 2015 and it plays Skyrim at Medium - High settings but I keep on getting this error

what are you using for a rig?

there may be some dependency you are missing, like the dweeb said, this game is built with VC 2010

I won't give companies a break for game breaking issues like CTDs once the game is released (all the ingame bugs I can wait on fixes for, but this stops me playing). A quick google finds quite a few people having CTDs with Skyrim, so it isn't a machine specific issue either.
