Windows 10: sleep mode does not work on my tower pc.

Discus and support sleep mode does not work on my tower pc. in Windows 10 Performance & Maintenance to solve the problem; I can not get my computer to go to sleep unless I go in and change the amount time every other day, what is the issue?...
