Windows 10: Sleep mode fails afrter a reinstall of windows 10.

I hope some of you could give me an idea as I ran out of forum solutions...

I had no more ssd space for my setup (Linux + windows), so I decided to wipe everything clean with a fresh complete reinstall of windows 10.

After the install I downloaded the manufacturer software to install drivers und bios updates. Found out in the windows device manager there were still some drivers missing, I just installed the drivers from the driver folder that was in my hard disk since first day.

Even with all that my computer fails to go in sleep mode, if put it by the dedicated command or I wait until it tries to go by itself, the screen goes black but it stays awake and fans will eventually begin to be very loud. It stays like that until it run out of batteries or I hard shutdown it with a long press on powerbutton. During this state it responds to nothing else, the light of capslock stays shut even if I press it.

Do you have any idea on a possible solution ?

Windows 10 wont stay in sleep mode

yes, it was already off.

its waking up one hour after it sleeps for about 2 minutes, then sleeping again. How the eff can i track what it does in that time if nothing shows in powerCFG or the event log?
