Windows 10: Sleep Mode Issue - FN Keys and Power Settings not working after sleeping

Hello everyone,I hope you're all doing well. I own a laptop, with windows 11, and I've been facing a peculiar issue after sleep mode. Whenever my laptop goes into sleep mode and then wakes up, several functions stop working. Specifically, the FN keys become unresponsive, and the laptop no longer goes to sleep mode when I close the lid or press the power button, despite having set it up that way in the power editor panel.I find this issue quite frustrating, especially since everything works fine if the laptop hasn't entered sleep mode since the last restart. I'm at a loss as to why this problem

hi,

in addition to the hot laptop issue when going to sleep i just posted, there's also this one that when resuming from sleep the FN keys are not working.

Machine is a ZenBook 13 UX325 - i read few other people having this issue.

latest bios, all latest drivers, etc. frustrating

For issues with sleep mode and power options follow the steps provided below.

Run the Power troubleshooter and check.

Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

• Open Control Panel.
• Type Troubleshooting in search and click
  Troubleshooting.
• Now type Power in the search option.
• Click on Power troubleshooter to run.

I would suggest you to try updating the Display driver and check if the issue persists. If you already have all the latest drivers from Windows updates, then I would suggest you to visit the computer manufacturer's website, download and install the latest
drivers in compatibility mode and check.
