    Sleep mode malfunction


    My Laptop doesn't enter the sleep mode, I have the sleep mode button and it just shut down the screen and turns it off to black but once I move my mouse around it turns the screen back on and as nothing has happened at all. This happens when I try to set the laptop to sleep by either using the button on my laptop or pressing right click on the windows icon in the task bar --> and then shut down or sign out --> then sleep
