    Sleep mode missing


    I have a refurbished Dell Latitude 5490 i7 8th Gen laptop with 16 GB RAM & 512 GB SSD. Two days ago, I did a factory reset and then while setting up my PC I noticed that the sleep option was missing from the Power Menu, Windows Settings, and Control Panel. Also, my display brightness isn't changing even if I increase or decrease the brightness slider. Please help me.
