Windows 10: Sleep option is missing

Windows 10 HOME, build 16299.192

Sleep option is missing under Power Options.
I might be able to fix the doing a system image restore. But would like to know if there is a better way.

Sleep option Missing

Like a slew of others, I have NO Sleep option anywhere in Win10

Not with right-click on Power icon (Start)

None in Control Panel/Power etc. etc.

Questions: Now what?? <and> What is the Fix??

If the option to enable Sleep in Windows 10 is missing from the Power Options menu, it could be caused by a missing component in Windows, or that a driver is outdated, etc. For us to isolate the issue about the missing Sleep option in Windows 10, kindly
respond to the question below:

• Have you made any significant changes to your device prior to the issue?
• Have you checked if there are updates waiting to be installed on your device?

Did you disable Connected Standby?

Double check to see if you have the CsEnabled DWORD set to 1 like below like in the post below to see if that may help.

Changing the CsEnabled key to value 1 did it.
