Windows 10: Slide show on movie Maker 6

I'm using Windows movie maker 6 to make a slide show. I can't seem to change the duration of each slide. It stays at 5 seconds. I've tried changing in the settings but it doesn't work?

I have over 100 photos and videos from my vacation that I would like to put into Movie maker and eventually to dvd because the files are too large for email attachment or cloud storage. If I use photo slide maker, how do I make sure the embedded videos are
in their proper place and not at the end of the slide show when I send the slide show to movie maker?

We highly suggest you to repair your Movie maker.

Refer to the below steps to repair Movie Maker.

1. Click the Start menu.

2. Click Control Panel.

3. Click Programs.

4. Click Programs and Features.

5. Search for Windows Essentials on the list and then select it.

6. Click Uninstall/Change.

7. Click Repair all Windows Essentials programs.
