Windows 10: Slideshow not working....

hi guys,

one of the 4 pc's with Windows 10 on it gives me problems with the slideshow.

Strange because on the other computers (no inside fast install) and mine it works perfect.

Everytime, at a given moment the slideshow restarts at best. On the other hand, it stops sometimes and i get the BING background.

This is trange, because on my pc it is the exact same file that is used.

I contacted MS via FEEDBACK, weeks ago and yesterday, but no answer or solution.

Anyone who can solve this problem? Register?

Do you mean having slideshow on lock screen and slideshow on desktop screensaver both working?

because I am able to have both on. For example i have the slideshow on my screensaver, then when i lock my computer the slideshow for the lock screen work.

Hi.

The problem with the slideshow not working is most likely your power settings. In order for the slideshow to work you need to change your power settings.

1st right click the start button and click Power Options. Then click change plan settings. Next click Advanced power settings and then Desktop background settings. Click on the tab that says slideshow and change paused to available. Your slideshow should
work now.

Is this for the lock screen or desktop slideshow?

If you're signed in with a Microsoft account, then you might see if turning off the Theme sync setting may help if that's the cause.
