Windows 10: Slow boot up in windows 11 and usb drivers not working

When I start up my computer it takes about 3 to 4 minutes to boot up and for the 1 minute after the boot up , my keyboard and my mouse Bluetooth and Wi-Fi does not work . Everything starts working after a couple of minutes . What could be possible problem? I have reinstalled my windows 11 and I have the latest driver setup of AMD. Hardware is working fine and I have checked all the devices on another PC they are working very efficiently. Cleaned the RAM slot also and cleaned the graphic card and processor as well. Plsssss helpppp !!!!!!!!!!

Installing windows off of a USB stick

Step By Step from vista:
From admin cmd prompt

1. diskpart
1a. list disk
2. select disk 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1 (replace 1 with your usb drive)
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

Copy Windows Vista's DVD ROM content to the Flash Drive

xcopy d:\*.* /s/e/f e:\ (d being your vista cd and e being your usb stick)

And that's it, boot off your usb disk

I was having a slow boot issue on my Windows 7 install a little while back. It would take about 30 - 40 extra seconds to boot up for whatever reason.

I would try following these steps, while this didn't solve my issue, it did increase Read/Write to where it should be.

In the end, I had to reinstall my Windows 7 entirely to fix the booting issue. It was taking around 35 seconds to boot, and after the fresh install it takes about 7 seconds to boot.
